IFRS financial statements of Industrial Parks Development Corporation for the year ended 30 Sene 2017 E.C. (7 July 2025), published by the Corporation on ipdc.gov.et. Audit Services Corporation reported that the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Corporation, with W/ro Azeb Tekleselassie as engagement partner and the report dated 17 Yekatit 2018 E.C. (24 February 2026). Income from operating leases almost doubled to ETB 3.41bn and other income reached ETB 1.41bn, giving a profit after tax of ETB 646.67M after an income tax charge of ETB 200.09M. Paid-up capital rose by ETB 4.62bn to ETB 40.51bn and cash and bank balances more than doubled to ETB 7.29bn.
