IFRS financial statements of Industrial Parks Development Corporation for the year ended 30 Sene 2016 E.C. (7 July 2024), published by the Corporation on ipdc.gov.et. Audit Services Corporation reported that the statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Corporation, with W/ro Azeb Tekleselassie as engagement partner and the report dated 17 Yekatit 2018 E.C. (24 February 2026). Income from operating leases rose to ETB 1.73bn, but operating expenses of ETB 1.57bn and administrative expenses of ETB 882.71M produced a loss before tax of ETB 434.19M, and a deferred tax charge of ETB 274.35M took the net loss to ETB 708.54M. Investment property rose by ETB 7.48bn to ETB 26.06bn.
