Two cautions on the file: the copy published by the Bank is itself damaged (its cross-reference table and the images on the auditors' signature page are missing), so the file offered here has had its cross-reference table rebuilt to make the 62 pages readable and the auditors' signature block on page 23 does not render; and because of that damage neither a board-approval date, an auditors' signing date nor PDF creation metadata is recoverable, so the published date shown is the month in which the Bank uploaded the file to its former website abaybank.com.et (WordPress upload path media/2021/07), taken as 1 July 2021 — it is not the date the report was issued.
