Eight numbered pages of instrument (ገጽ 1 ከ 8) plus a signature page bearing the names and signatures of the eleven organizing directors, stamped by the National Bank of Ethiopia and by the Federal Documents Authentication and Registration Agency. The closing page is dated Hidar 06, 2012 E.C. / 06-03-2012 (Ethiopian calendar), Addis Ababa — 16 November 2019 — which is used as the publication date. Note that the publisher's file name and this document's contents are transposed: the file published at the URL ending "Article-of-Association.pdf" in fact contains the Memorandum of Association, and vice versa.
