Fourteen numbered pages of instrument (ገጽ 1 ከ 14) covering shares, the register of shareholders, the general assembly, the board of directors, the sharia advisory council, the chief executive officer, the external auditor and the amendment of the constitutive documents, plus a signature page listing the eleven organizing directors with their signatures; stamped by the National Bank of Ethiopia and by the Federal Documents Authentication and Registration Agency. Article 24 records that the document was signed on Hidar 06, 2012 E.C. — 16 November 2019 — which is used as the publication date. Note that the publisher's file name and this document's contents are transposed: the file published at the URL ending "Memorandum-of-Association.pdf" in fact contains the Articles of Association, and vice versa.
