Tsehay BankTsehay Bank S.C.'s first Amharic guideline on the nomination and election of members of the Board of Directors, cover-dated Tahsas 2015 E.C. (December 2022) and published to shareholders ahead of the Bank's 1st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which approved it. Its sixteen articles cover the establishment of the nomination committee and the qualification criteria and composition of its members, the duties of the board and of the committee, the committee's rules of procedure, the process for putting forward candidates for the board, the election process and the conduct of the ballot, amendment of the guideline and its entry into force from the date of approval by the general meeting. This version was repealed and replaced in December 2025 by the guideline approved at the 4th Ordinary General Meeting. The document carries only an Ethiopian-calendar month and year, so the published date is the date the file was uploaded to the Bank's website (10 December 2022), which matches the PDF creation date.
