Call for Nominations of Candidates for the Board of Directors

(1 July 2026) until Meskerem 19, 2019 E.C. The notice lists twelve eligibility criteria to be met by nominees - including a first degree in a relevant field and at least 30 years of age, a clean record with no conviction for breach of trust, at least five years of senior management experience in insurance, banking, finance, accounting, auditing, economics, law, engineering, business management, IT, actuarial science, investment management or a related field, membership of no other insurer's or bank's board, financial soundness with no non-performing loan, and that at least one third of the seats are reserved for candidates nominated by shareholders holding less than 2% of the shares - together with the three channels for submitting nomination forms (the head office board secretariat on the 1st floor, any branch, or the committee's email address [email protected]) and three cautions on incomplete or duplicate submissions.
