The statement of financial position states that 'the financial statements on pages 6 to 46 were approved by the board of directors on 29 September 2014 and signed on its behalf by' Kemal Mohammed Osman (Board Chairman) and Yared Mola (Chief Executive Officer); the statement of directors' responsibilities carries the same date, Addis Ababa, 29 September 2014. Auditors: HST, Chartered Certified Accountants and Authorized Auditors, whose report on the summary financial statements is dated Addis Ababa 29 October 2014 and refers back to the audit report dated 29 September 2014. The financial-statement pages have no text layer; these dates were read from rendered page images. The file was removed from the live site and was recovered from the Internet Archive capture of the publisher's own URL http://nyalainsurancesc.com/images/pdf/Annual%20Report%202013-14.pdf. Note the very large file size (about 682 MB): it is the publisher's own print-resolution export, in which each scanned page embeds a ~3510x2550 CMYK image, and the byte count matches the archived original exactly. No smaller edition of this report was ever published.
