Notice of the 26th Ordinary General Assembly of Shareholders

The notice also reminds shareholders that the FY2024/25 annual report and auditor's report can be collected from the Shareholders Administration Division from Tikimt 6 to Tikimt 13, 2018 E.C., and cites National Bank of Ethiopia directive SBB/91/2024 article 20(3) barring Board members and bank staff from acting as any shareholder's proxy.
