Resolutions for Amendment of the Memorandum of Association (Hidar 2018 E.C.)

The amendments record subscribed capital of ETB 11,665,497,000 and paid-up capital of ETB 8,120,629,560 against an authorised capital of ETB 20,000,000,000; replace physical share certificates with credit of registered shares to a shareholder account at the Central Securities Depository following registration with ECMA; raise the single-shareholder holding limits to 7% for a natural person and 10% for a legal person; and expand the shareholder register to record address, gender, nationality, share and capital amounts, share identification number, TIN, national identification number, email address and registration date.
