Bilingual Amharic/English notice dated 21 March 2026 announcing that all Bank of Abyssinia S.C. shares have been registered electronically with the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority and the Central Securities Depository. From the effective date of dematerialization, 17 March 2026 (Megabit 08, 2018 E.C.), ownership of the bank's securities is legally valid only when recorded electronically in the CSD system, and physical share certificates no longer serve as proof of ownership.
